Clinical Supervision & Mentorship

Zöe provides creative clinical supervision and mentorship online within the Asia-Pacific region and in person in Hong Kong.

She cultivates warm, open and accepting relationships, sharing her wealth of knowledge from 26 years in neurodiversity education and 16 years as a play therapist.

Zöe is a creative supervision practitioner. In person, supervisees have access to a range of creative media and the sandtray. Online, supervisees are encouraged to bring a small toolkit of drawing materials, and playdough for creative activities.

Through drawing, modelling, movement, visualisation activities and talking, supervisees are led to explore their clients’ process, and their own to develop their understanding and provide high quality therapy. Zöe is also there to support and help problem solve any challenges that may arise.

Mentorship may take many different forms depending on what you are looking for. This can include strategies and techniques to help you understand and support children with challenging behaviour; navigating adult diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism, or simply expanding your skill set.

Zöe specialises in neurodiversity and the science of regulation, and brings a rich experience and knowledge to every session. She also loves working with neurodiverse practitioners, whatever the flavour!

“Zöe is highly experienced, compassionate, neuro-affirming, and exceptionally attuned to the people she supports. Her mentorship has had a lasting impact on both my professional practice and my understanding of myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to educators and other professionals seeking thoughtful, inclusive, and evidence-informed guidance. ~Rachel H

‘Zöe connects theoretical concepts with realistic, real-world examples rather than just citing textbook responses. She is an outstanding mentor in child-centered work. I highly recommend Zöe to any play therapist trainee or student seeking a supervisor who will ground their practice, challenge their thinking, and help them thrive. ~ Angelica B
